Before work begins

If payment is verified but work has not begun, cancellation may be eligible for a refund minus any payment or administrative costs.

After work begins

Because editing, design, and formatting are custom services, refunds after work begins may be partial or unavailable depending on completed work.

Rush work

Rush fees may be non-refundable once rush scheduling or work begins.
